UNIQUE VENUES FOR UNFORGETTABLE EVENTS

The Fuge is the most unique venue in Bucks County, offering 4 distinct event spaces in one historic building. Our venue is the perfect setting for weddings, bar or bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and grand celebrations, offering state-of-the-art amenities, expert event coordination, and a historic backdrop. We specialize in crafting unforgettable experiences with style and uniqueness.

The Fuge is rich in history and innovation. Guests experience a venue that celebrates the past while delivering exceptional events for today.

The Fuge occupies the former Johnsville Naval Air Development Center’s 11,000-square-foot centrifuge chamber, once used to train astronauts during the Mercury and Apollo programs.

At its core is the largest and most powerful human centrifuge ever built, a 180-ton marvel that spun at 173 mph to simulate extreme gravitational forces, where legends like John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, and Buzz Aldrin prepared for spaceflight.

I was here for a family reunion and what an amazing venue. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Sam the owner was very hands on and made sure everyone was having a great time. I would recommend this place not only based on the great experience my family had but the history in the building too. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

Historic Background

Home to the U.S. Navy’s Johnsville Centrifuge, The Fuge is rich in history and innovation. Guests experience a venue that celebrates the past while delivering exceptional events for today.

The Fuge

If you’re looking for an unconventional experience for your next event, look no further than The Fuge! This 11,000-square-foot circular venue features state-of-the-art customizable lighting, immersive panoramic screens, and the most high-tech audio available.

The “star attraction” of The Fuge is the Johnsville Centrifuge, the largest and most powerful centrifuge ever built. Developed by the U.S. Navy in 1949 to simulate gravitational forces experienced by pilots during flight, the 180-ton centrifuge helped prepare all of America’s early astronauts for their missions into space.

The Studio

Designed to accommodate up to 300 guests, The Studio is an upscale, voguish event space with customizable lighting, a large dance floor, and elegant, light-reflecting textiles. A family/bridal suite, an independent cocktail reception area, and an in-house event coordinator make this the ultimate celebration experience.

The Studio also houses a working state-of-the-art recording studio headed by Grammy Award winning producer and engineer Jim Cravero who has worked with some of the biggest legends in the music business.

From the moment the elevator doors open to The Studio, your guests will feel like they have arrived!

The Lab

The Lab is a one-of-a-kind venue with a hip, chic vibe offering state-of-the-art customizable lighting, a large dance floor, and light-catching textiles. Formerly a biophysics laboratory used by NASA, The Lab showcases the original, all-stainless-steel environmental chamber, reimagined as a sleek, modern bar guaranteed to captivate your guests.

Perfect for gatherings of up to 150, The Lab can be completely customized to reflect your own personal vision and encapsulate the mood of any event, including sweet 16s, showers, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, business meetings, and more.

Tranquility Brewing

Step into history! Tranquility Brewing Company takes its name from The Fuge’s role in the Space Race. The centrifuge, which remains in the building to this day, provided pilots and astronauts with high-g training. Without it, we never would have accomplished our greatest manned space missions, including the Apollo landings in the Sea of Tranquility on the moon.
